Built by Kelowna’s Mission Group Enterprises, this 1,500 sq’ condo with charming views of east Knox Mountain had already had two previous owners before we were introduced to it. Painted out in bland beige with deep brown floors to match, what this condo needed was a fresh and fabulous facelift.
To take this condo from builder beige to bright and beautiful, it was repainted top to bottom in a bright, silvery off-white to help the owner’s collection of black and white photography stand out. The main floor was reconfigured to help create a more spacious and welcoming furniture layout, and airy and open shelving was brought in to help display the owner’s eclectic and colorful mix of décor and distinctive items.
